These terms govern your purchase of products and services from Karel Minx, operating under IČ 23780398, with a registered address in Prague 162 00, Czech Republic ("we", "us", "I"). By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and shown as "from" amounts. The actual price for your engagement is agreed before payment is taken. Stripe processes all transactions.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details. For recurring subscriptions, billing occurs monthly on the date of initial subscription via Stripe's billing system.
Recurring subscriptions (Newsletter, Retainer) may be cancelled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Monthly Newsletter — once a monthly edition has been delivered, that edition is non-refundable as it is a digital product.
1-Hour Consultancy Session — to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable.
Managed Campaign — the initial payment is non-refundable once onboarding has commenced. If the service has not yet started, contact us within 48 hours of payment to request a refund.
Digital products and subscription content are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Consultancy sessions are conducted by video call or phone as agreed. We will contact you within 2 business days of payment to arrange scheduling.
Our consultancy services represent professional opinion and strategic advice. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
