Karel Minx (IČ: 23780398, Prague 162 00, Czech Republic) is the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. This policy explains how your personal data is collected and used.
When you purchase or subscribe, we collect your email address, name (if provided), transaction records, and communication history. Payment card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and is never stored on our systems.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sell it to any third party.
Your data is shared only with Stripe (payment processing) and our email provider (newsletter delivery). No other third parties receive your personal data.
Order and transaction records are kept for 10 years as required by Czech accounting law. Newsletter subscriber data is kept for as long as your subscription is active, plus 12 months after cancellation. Consultancy communication is kept for 3 years.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at services@minx.cz. We will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ) at uoou.cz.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Data is stored on servers located within the EU. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe over encrypted connections. This site uses HTTPS throughout.
